The light containment zone is were the player first spawns in SCP NTF through out the light containment zone is where SCP-173 will spawn and you can recontain SCP-173, while in the light containment zone you can explore other parts of the map and this is were the main part of the game starts. depending on which mode you play either two things will happen you get a cut scene with SCP-106 dragging and throwing you down into the lower zones of the site. the other mode which focus less on the story you do not get this cut scene. you are required to go here to get to the rest of the game as this the games beginning and spawn
