The Modular Site Containment Breach was a catastrophic containment breach of many Euclid and Keter class SCPs, with the breach orchestrated by the Chaos Insurgency.
In 2012, Maynard organized a mass containment breach with the assistance of Agent Skinner and two SCPs; particularly, SCP-079 and SCP-106. Dozens of SCPs were released, with many casualties resulting from it. D-9341 was one of the few survivors in the facility, primarily due to the Spiral Gestalt phenomenon protecting him.
